Recently, my appetite has increased a lot and so has my meals. I constantly feel hungry these past weeks and I can’t seem to stop eating. Although I often bring snacks to eat, it never fulfills me; at least I have something to chew on but I still want something that would satisfy my stomach. One main problem about my appetite is that I always get hungry especially right before I go to sleep.
The same has been happening to me! I’ve been getting crazy urges to eat at 2 am in the morning and after eating I always get sleepy, gotta try to stop!
